Remote Support

We use Team Viewer Quick Support with our new clients during the discovery phase. This is a one-click install, and it is not persistent, meaning it will delete itself after our session.

Windows Computers

Download the TeamViewer QuickSupport file, and then communicate “Your ID” and the PIN so I can remotely control your computer.  After installing if you are prompted to update the TeamViewer QuickSupport application, decline the update.

Alternately, you can install the Team Viewer 12 Host which remains installed for future support.

MAC OSX Computers

ChromeBooks, Smartphones, and other devices

We do not typically provide initial discovery on alternate devices; but we can using Microsoft Teams if that is the best option for you.
